How can I track down why my IE7 keeps crashing?
For a while now the IE7 has been crashing after being used sometimes a little while and sometimes a long one. Is there a way to figure out what is causing this? She switched to Firefox for internet. She somehow lost her windows media player. When I go to install Media 11 I get a DRM Migrate error. Then when I go to Microsoft to do a security update when will fix this error the IE7 crashes. I can't do the update with Firefox because the update requires active X.
Any suggestions on how I can find what is crashing the IE7? Is there a program I can run in the background or something? I have to fix this problem before I can get to the next one and such. Any help is appreciated. Rick |
