IE problem???
Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knows why my internet explorer 7 does not want to work (I am opperating on Vista). At first i thought it was a problem with my network connections, but later found out that windows update worked fine and downloaded its usual updates. So i am thinking there is a problem with my IE settings as its keeps timing out before my homepage can be displayed. All that comes up is that the internet explorer cannot displey this webpage, then when i go to diagnose problem it comes up with a message saying that windows did not find any problems with this computer's network connection. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Re: IE problem???
Hi
thanks for that... i will surely give that a go. Recently i downloaded firefox and that is working fine. I also tried to update the IE to a newer version but still got the same problem. So i'm either going to try uninstalling the current IE and reinstalling it or else i will try the other method, although i'm not a hundred percent sure its a time out issue. I will let you know how i go with this. ![]() Thanks Again. |
