Access Denied

After cleaning up my computer (removing cookies etc.), I am continously getting this message:

Access Denied
You have reached the maximum number of permitted internet sessions.
Please close one or more applications to allow further internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information.

This is the first time I've ever heard of this, and none of my housemates (who are on the same network) have this problem. It occurs both in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I'd really appreciate any bit of help!

Verify the Number of Sessions in Use

If you want to verify that you have reached the maximum number of sessions, this can be seen in the Performance Monitor. Complete these steps.

1. Select Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Performance.

2. Select the + tab from the bar across the top of the figure Performance window.

3. Select the parameters indicated in the Add Counters window and click Add.

This is all i could find on the issue, hope it helps.

Re: Access Denied

Thanks! I've tried it and I don't seem to be on the maximum, but as I did so it seemed to stop giving me the message as well!
So I think it's solved!
