website kicks me out
I'm trying to fix a computer for an orthodontist. They have to sign into medicaid on their website with a name/password. However when they came in Monday morning they had problems. The website will randomly sign them out before they can get much work done. I've upgraded from IE5 to IE6, lowered the cookie/IE security levels, no change. I didn't expect much to happen there, since it had worked for a long time before. It's a IE only site, so other browsers are out. Medicare says they have not changed anything with the website in a long time. What else could have changed? thanks
