Blank Webpage

Hi,

I am trying to access the website www.fuelbar.co.uk - I keep getting a blank page when I try an access from my laptop, though the site works fine from my desktop computer.

Could someone tell me what settings I have wrong?

That is why this website is going to be blocked.
