Problems with IE and Mozilla

In both programs, I can't respond to emails from my business mail account. When I hit "reply" or "new message" the computer just sits there. No spinning circle. Also, in some games I used to play, they no longer work. Some still work. When I close the browser, I cannot relaunch it unless I reboot my computer.

A while back I tried to clean up my computer and deleted some program that got hung up in telling me that I had to close Mozilla and IE, and they were not even OPEN - nothing open on screen or at the bottom. I had to reboot and ever since, I have had this problem of things not working.

I have removed (with the control panel - "add/remove files" - so I didn't just delete the icon) and re-downloaded both and still nothing.

Re: Problems with IE and Mozilla

You MAY have made things worst by trying to remove a malfunctioning program. Very bad Karma

Have you gone through Microsoft Support?

Re: Problems with IE and Mozilla

Your computer may be infected with malwares or trojans. You can try to remove them by scanning your computer using the "Anti-Malwarebytes and Superantispyware".

Re: Problems with IE and Mozilla

The problem email is with my business account and is with Horde. But because some of the games are not working as well, I don't think it's the mail client. That also would not explain why I cannot launch IE or Mozilla after I close the window. I need to reboot my system to access them.
