Can't download from websites.

Hello people:

Every time I try to download something from the internet, the website stops responding so the download never starts. Whats up with this? I am running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.

Does this happen with ALL IE downloads or just some?

Do you get the Download [Save][Run] dialog?

Did download work when you first "updated" to bug-ridden IE7? Try uninstalling IE7 (should go back to IE6)

Do you have the very latest version of IE7?

Have you tried IE7 Help (if you're lucky)?

Are you facing this issue with some particular sites?
Your computer may be infected with malwares.

try running ie without addons and see if it works.
