EEK! Help with site blocking firewalls

hey, im a member of one of those sites where you can upload a pic and let ppl vote on it, but like two months ago i got stopped for the first time and i havent accessed it since then... the website says that i have a firewall installed or a popupblocker actived (in my case both) and that i should take actions against this and remove all temporary internet files and try again. well i can turn the popupblocker off but i sure as hell wont uninstall my firewall just to access one site (i know its a false sense of security, but still) so im asking is there any way to block the check and get through to the site or any way to cheat it?

Hi,

I think (not sure) that you are misunderstanding what is being said. (O.K., I have been wrong before). The thing that is blocking your entry to this site is that YOUR firewall is blocking it.

Many times when you visit a site, it sends cookies or other things back to your computer and your computer (firewall) is blocking what they want to send so you can't log in unless they can send your computer what they want to.

Depending upon which firewall you have (if this is a safe site) then exclude this site from your firewall. That way, you will keep protection for all other sites except this one when visiting this site.

nope instead of the site this shows up
Quote:

In english thats
Quote:
Snyggast.se
The site where you can vote on pictures on guys, girls, animals, close-ups, drawings and backgrounds!
You can also play onlinegames, search for school essays or download MP3s

Because you can read this you have a firewall or popupblocker installed or you have turned off javascript in your browser.
Take actions against this and remove all temporary internet files and snyggast.se will work again

Hi,

I really think this is the same thing I said. If you turn off your firewall only for that site, it will work. You don't have to turn off your firewall for all sites, just their site. Anyway, that is the way I see it. Hope you have success getting it done. Oh, thanks for the translation, I use English and some Spanish, but not this stuff.
