IE won't allow download MS TEMPlates

Just got done removing c*** from computer in the HIjack Forum. Now I think I have IE damaged files. I run XP Pro with SP2. SPy Ware Added. SpyBot-Ad Aware SE-Spy Blaster-Spy Guard-AVG Anti Virus.(Are all of these Needed????) Will These Sofwares Clash?
Problems: Templates won't download from MS Site. It tells me my cookies are not enabled. When I go to Internet Options / privacy it is set on Medium Like they suggest. But this does not help. Also I use WEBMAIL. Catalog Email for my Webpage and I cannot reply to Emails or Compose. ALSO When I try to download dell allerts I cannot download when I click the button. But I can Download Software however some of it will not sork properly EX: Spy Guard does not seam to be working. The reason I am telling you all this is that I think maybe all of it might be connected tot he same problem. ?????

I know you did this already, but let me take a look at your current HijackThis log. Let's see what you have running there.

My System

OK, it's clean. Just had to verify that.

Let's see if sfc will fix this. Go to Start->Run and type in sfc /scannow. If that didn't do it:

Let's try registering Internet Explorer's DLL files. Go to Start->Run and type in command and click OK. Then type in each of the following, hitting the Enter key after each line:

regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

If that fails, download Internet Explorer (setup files) and run it. You will need to install IE over itself to see if it fixes the problem.
