Hi. Can anyone please help with this problem please? My PC was running fine until I stupidly accepted an MS update and installed XP Service Pack 3.
I dont know what happend but I cant load any pages in IE6. I am connected the my wireless router fine and can ping my service providers servers. PLEASE offer any suggestions :-) Thanks

Hi Geek Girl! Thanks very much for the help... however I'm not sure how I can get to the MS download you suggest as I cant connect to the internet on the PC with the problem...chicken and egg I'm afraid! Any ideas how to fix this off line so I can get to the site...? Thanks again!

You can save the file to a flash drive or disk and transfer it to the pc experiencing the issue.

.Actually I'm getting the same problem in IE on a Vista PC in another location even though I'm connected to the Internet and MSN works fine... "Page cannot display" "res//ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm" Maybe there a general IE config problem on both these PC's? ![]() Very frustrating... Hope you can help ! Thanks all. |
