[SOLVED] Appcrash StackHash_8d13

Hello all. We recently installed some new machines running Vista Ultimate. W/ IE7. For the most part everything has been great minus this appcrash error I am about to post below. Any insight to this error would be greatly appreciated. I will also follow with somethings I have tried already. This error occurs only when replying to email via Outlook Web Access. At first there was a red x in the body of the email where you would type so I installed S/MIME add-on and at this point, I am able to type into the body of the email. As soon as I hit send, I get the following crash report;

Crash report:

Problem signature:

So the initial thought was toolbars were installed. Checked and there are no toolbars or apps from yahoo, google, etc..
second thought was a bad add-on. I disabled all non-M$ Add-ons with no resolve. So my next step was to reset IE settings. I did this with no resolve. I am not sure where else to go from here. I have searched M$ with no avail. Also, It is current on patches.

Re: Appcrash StackHash_8d13

Oh man, I though I had one of those invisible profiles :)

I have not tried turning off the DEP yet. I will give that a try as this is the only thing ( I think)that I ahve not yet done.

My fix was to install and use firefox but the director is not having any of that.

BTW, Geek girl, congrats onthe win last night, dang good game.

Re: Appcrash StackHash_8d13

Indeed it was a good game.

Okay so I disabled the IE.exe in DEP and it did nothing but take longer to crash. Any other suggestions or thought for trial and error?

Re: Appcrash StackHash_8d13

Found a fix*

Weird as it maybe but here it goes:
Brought this issue up to Manager and we tried a few things that didn't work. Out of curiousity he connected to his other employers OWA (Outlook Web Access) site and downloaded the mS/MIME settings from there and tried it. It worked flawlessly! We downloaded both add-ons to compare. Both versions (I believe 3.18.06) were exactly the same. The ONLY difference was veri-sign signature date. Ours being from Sept 05 theirs Nov.06.

After downloading S/MIME from this other OWA site our OWA is now running just fine from these machines.
