Unaccessable sites

Hello, tech support forum.

I am currently using my sister's computer to access this site because my computer does not let me.

I know that the internet is definitely connected because I can go on sites such as Google and Basilmarket. Also, if my sister has access to internet, my computer should, too.

However, techsupportforum.com comes up as unavailable. I think this is due to malware on my computer. (I'm not sure if this thread should be in this section of the site or in the virus and malware section. Please tell me where to redirect it if this is the wrong place to post this.)

So the thing is, I wish to be able to get onto techsuportforum.com so I can get help with my computer. Is there any way I can open the site?

Sorry for be troubling. But I really need the help, my family can't afford to get a technician to help us.

If you cannot complete any of the steps for whatever reason, just continue on with the next one until they are all completed, and post your logs in Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help; where an Analyst will assist you. However, it is very important to make mention of any of the steps that you were not able to complete.

After you’ve posted your logs, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are very busy.
