If You Have Windows Live Toolbar...remove It!
In October, I downloaded Windows Live Toolbar, into my PC. After that, for months, something changed when I would open IE...It seemed, as if, took forever, to open. I thought it for many reasons, then a few days ago, I read an article, about how Windows Live Toolbar is "buggy"...Whatever that means, and if one has it downloaded to their PC, they should remove it...So, I did. And ever since, IE opens up, just that! (snaps fingers) Something is seriously wrong with that Windows Live Toolbar. So, if one has it, and one is having trouble opening IE, do yourself a favor...Go to Add/Remove programs and get rid of it...Immediately!
