When i try to view a pdf file from the internet it just opens up a blank page with the little icon showing there should be a picture there in the top left corner. If i save target as and open it from my hard drive it works fine but for some reason it wont load from the internet, any ideas please? I have tried it with the anti-virus, firewall, pop-up blocker etc. all off and no restrictions on sites/cookies allowed etc. but it still wont work.

Adobe JUST published a new version of the Acrobat Reader. Uninstall what you have and install this new one (v7.0) from their web site.

I hear the new 7.0 doesn't take a full 35 seconds to verify it's licenses like 6.0 did. I have to use 6.0 at work, takes 35-40 seconds to open a page from the internal network. I can open the same page here at home in about 3 sec's on this linux box.
Anyway if you would install the new Adobe 7.0 (free version) it should fix your explorer file association problem. Should work better than it ever did.
