Web page wont work!! Why??
I cannot access ioffer anymore from my personal computer. I can access it from my cell phone's web browser but not my labtop. Does anyone know why?? I have deleted my browser cookies and temp files but it still wont work. Please help, thank you!

click Start => Run an copy and paste this command into the run box:
notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts press OK. a notepad file should pop up copy and paste everything in the notepad file back into this thread.
