Cannot Search from IE Address Bar

When I enter a search word into the IE Address Bar I get a CFS Error. I gone into IE advanced options and changed the search criteria but it didn't help. It was working before when I first installed ver. 6. How can I fix this?

1) Click the Tools menu up near the top left
2) Go down and click Internet Options... at the bottom of the menu
3) Click the Advanced tab top right of the new window
4) Scroll down to where it says "Search from the Address bar"
5) Make sure "Just display results in the main window" is checked hit ok and it should work.

If you've already tried that, then post the error message here so we know exactly we're looking for.
