Multiple Downloads

For some reason, IE is only letting me download 2 files from any website at one time. Anyone know what setting to change to allow me to dl more? I fixed this problem a long time ago, but I can't remember what I did to do it. Thanks.

Probably something with the registry, although I know in Firefox , you just type about:config and set it from there. So much easier.
