Unable to log on to a specific secure website

Working in a network environment, I'm able to log into a secured banking website from every computer except the one that I need to do it from. I'm not sure if IE is the culprit, but I'm out of other ideas. It's the only machine running XP on the network, but it was able to log in a few weeks ago and now it just says invalid user at every login attempt. The machine is able to surf to all other websites and I know it's not a username/password issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked your security settings? Tools > Internet Options > Security

You may also want to go to the "Privacy" tab and make sure it is set to medium (you might be able to set it higher, but it might block some cookies you want)
