Internet explorer 7 help

I have tried quite a few times to download internet explorer 7 now, when you launch it the box comes up to say it has encountered a problem when you click on box for the reason it say's unknown is there anything in the more detailed log box which you can click on which would give me an idea whats wrong? In event viewer say's faulting module unkown0x410013ea

How do you do that is event viewer info enough? I have now deleted it now.
