I can't watch any video whatsoever on my computer.
Every time I try to watch a video like trailers, youtube clips or others I always get interupted by either a message from Microsoft Internet Explorer or other source about the Iexplorer before the video is about to begin.
From the Microsoft Internet Explorer message it says that they have confronted a problem and it has to end the page. This and asking me if I want to send them an errorreport or not. Whatever I choose it takes me away from the page I was before and takes me to the startpage (this being google.com). The message about the Iexplorer just says that it has caused a problem in Flash (QuickTime, Windows Media... whatever I choose to watch the video with) and also that Iexplorer closes down. The suggestion they give me is to restart the computer if the problem returns. The close button is all the alternative they give me and I press it and it does just what's expected. That's what my problem is and here's my question to you guys, what can I do to fix this, and ofcourse, can it be done free? Any suggestions? Please do have cuz I'm about to lose my mind with this. My computer has the Windows Me system by the way. |

Re: I can't watch any video whatsoever on my computer.
Try some codec packs. I like coles codecs, but another good one
is k-lite codec pack. Free download do a google. May or may not be your problem, sounds like it, either way, more ways to view different file types is a good thing.

Re: I can't watch any video whatsoever on my computer.
I Tried to find some coles codecs or the k-elites but I just can't find a single one that supports Windows Me. I'll just have to keep looking, thank's for the suggestion by the way! I may be closer for a solution than I ever have been on the last three weeks.
