CFS After Hibernation

When bringing my computer out of Hibernation, IE does not work. I get a "Cannot Find Server" error. If I restart my computer, it fixes it.

I always used to use Hibernate, and never had this problem before I formatted my HD.

Outlook normally works though, but it has also been known to stop working (It tells me it cannot find the mail server). Again, this returns to normal after a restart.

Does anyone know the cause?

Can you define your internet connection for us? Router in use? (etc....)
