shortcuts on desktop
shortcuts on desktop are not working. when clicked on windows asks what program it needs to use to open it. whats the fix for this problem? You can send to my [email]e-mail-xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxxx/email]. Thanks!

Need more details. What kind of file is it, operating system, etc. Windows is basically not sure what program to open with that particular file extension. In windows xp you can right click on the file-> properties. Change the "opens with" to the program that it should open it with.
