IE referenced memory error
Hi all, this is the first time I have posted a message in this forum so be gentle!
I run Windows XP on my laptop and when whenever I switch it on, windows boots up and I get the following error message: IEXPLORER.EXE - Application Error The instruction at "0x00635bf0" referenced memory referenced memory at "0xb4cb15e2". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program click on CANCEL to debug the program It pretty much started when I started to connect my laptop wirelessly to my new network at home. Consequently, I am now using firefox. If I try using IE7 , I get the following error message and am unable to use the internet using IE7. Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage What you can try: Diagnose Connection Problems More information Any ideas? |

Re: IE referenced memory error
Does issue occur if you boot into safe mode with networking?
You may want to try and uninstall IE7 and use IE6 and see if issue still continues. When using IE6 if same thing occurs try to reinstall the browser. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Left side Add/Remove Windows components. Uncheck IE and click next to uninstall. Restart computer and go back into Add/Remove Windows components and check the IE box and click next to install it again |
