Semi-Absent (life, eh?)

ActiveX control (Adobe 9.xxx) wont uninstall
Tried the Add/Remove Programs option, tried manual with the uninstallers in the program file and it doesnt show in the add-ons. It just wont budge, in the mean-time, Secunia is moaning its insecure, how can I get rid of this?

PSI is also moaning about Flash player 6, which isnt even there. At least I dont think so?
