Hiya all,
This is not a "google error" persey, but i only get it when trying to access google. HTTP403 Forbidden The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403 Most likely causes: This website requires you to log in. What you can try: Go back to the previous page. More information I get this message when trying to log onto "www.google.com" ![]() If ANYONE can solve this, ill give you a cookie ![]() Ive tried googling the error, but....google wont load here is what i know for sure -it started AFTER uninstalling something called "curse client" on this computer -it started AFTER uninstalling "curse client" on downstairs computer -Google will not load on any computer (irregardless of whether it had curse client on it or not) -Reformatting my computer didnt fix the issue -Occurs on all computers on my network -Network is WEP protected and Wireless N -Google did work on all computers before uninstalling "Curse Client" on the one computer -gives 403 on IE and Firefox (its an equal oppurtunity angerer) -occurs on both XP and Vista |

Re: 403 Error....Good luck
I dont think its a reg error, as i have been through th registry, and it is occuring on pcs that never had the software installed, and on top of that, i did a clean install of windows (reformatting sucks). though thanks for the try.
Im begining to think that it might have somehow tagged my router to google, which would explain why its happining all across the network, but im hoping not, as that would involve flashing the bios on the router (or buying a new one) another issue is i am using AOL as an ISP (not my choice) Any other ideas? Told you guys it was a doosey Last edited by googleguy; 10-26-2008 at 08:37 PM. |
