(Multi-)Location(s) of browsed media info?
I have IE7 and Mozilla Firefox on my PC--running Windows XP. When using IE (and Firefox, for that matter) and browsing sites such as Technorati, Flickr, YouTube, Google Images, Google Video, etc.,
are histories, records and traces of the downloaded media stored/cached/archived in multiple locations? For instance, besides Temporary Internet Files, does anything go to my Macromedia/Flash Player subfolder, or elsewhere? In any case, wherever this info ends up, how can I safely but most thoroughly and effectively remove it and any traces of it? |
