Need some help printing

Where i work this lady is using internet explorer 6 to view a bank site. On the site it has a print button which brings up another window which is supposed to have the information to be printed, however it just shows up with a red x. When i told her to try using firefox it worked just fine. The only problem is she doesnt like firefox

and HAS to use internet explorer. I tried resetting all internet explorer defaults and adjusting active x control and plug ins. I cant seem to get this to work, any help would be appreciated.

You may also want to Update to IE7.

Thanks for your response, but it still is not working. She is able to do the job from another computer and I compared all Internet Explorer settings for the two computers and they are identical. Im really at a loss now.

It is probably a security setting within IE, checking the settings. Turn off pop-up blockers too.

Pop up blocker is already disabled. Im going to try creating a template based on the working machines settings and then apply it to the computer that is having the problem.

There are anti-virus programs and suites that have pop-up blockers included, Norton is one of them, please check those settings also.
