Error on page

Whenever I go to a website, it usually says that there was an error on the page, or that access was denied to a certain line on the script. this is very annoying because my email no longer works, windows update doesnt work, and just about anyhting with a form that needs to be filled out wont work either. I've tried resetting the security settings to allow scripts. Anyone have any ideas?

Download and install spybot s&d. Update it and run it. Then download hijackthis and post the log under security, hijackthis forum.
