ie7 save WP in localhost, then does not open them

Windows Home Premiun SP1 --- ie7

Some (not always) times when I 'save as..' a WP in disc with ie, all looks good... but later ie7 does not open that Page.

- No messages... just it opens and closes very fast

I can open those pages with all other browsers that I use... (Safari, Slimbrowser, Firefox, etc. - 7...). No problems!

I can not see with ie the WP that I construct before upload them...
every page is saved in localhost.

I need ie, because I build Web Pages and almost everybody use it.

ie7 does nothing... all others open the Page very well

Very important I don't have localhost...
