IE7 Display funky for certain web sites...

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in or not, but I figure I need to start somewhere...

Here's what happened. My 3 year old played around on my PC and now, when I visit certain web sites (https://www.wellsfargo.com and http://games.espn.go.com/frontpage/football are 2 specific examples), it takes a looooong time to complete the download and when it does, the display is all funky. There are no backgrounds, and all the text, links, etc are listed in a single column. Several other websites (including this one) download fine and look normal.

Here's what I've tried so far...
- Rebooted PC
- reset IE7 settings
- I tried to de-install and re-install IE7, but it did not show up as an option in the remove programs function. I also tried using "%windir%\ie7\spuninst\spuninst.exe", but was not found. I'm using Vista and not sure if that's why it did not work.
- I installed firefox and visited the same web sites. It sill had the problem (that's why I'm not sure if this is the correct forum). I did tell it to download all my stuff from IE7 so maybe I transferred the problem?
- I tried registering my dll's. Most were successful, but three of them (regsvr32 shdocvw.dll, regsvr32 mshtml.dll, regsvr32 browseui.dll) had an error saying the dll was loaded but the entry point DllRegisterSever was not found.

Thanks in advance for the help.
