refreshing problems, sry if im posting in the wrong place

ive been here before, and i asked about this. My screen starts to get laggy, and i cant do anything after i refresh a page a couple of times. I have to end up closing all opened internet explorers and opening it again.
The last time someone made me run hijack this, and fixed some stuff but it didnt help.
I did notice that ie started using more memory when i looked in task manager.
I scanned with hijackthis and i dont see anything wrong-

I am moving this over to the IE forum, as the log is clean and this really doesn't sound like an infection problem.

A couple tools that may help:

Download WinsockFix and unzip it. Then double-click on it to run it.

The Temp folders should be cleaned out periodically as installation programs and hijack programs leave a lot of junk there. Download CleanUp! (Alternate Link if main link don't work) and install it. Run CleanUp! and click on CleanUp! button. When it asks you if you want to logoff, click on Yes.
