e-mail outlook express problem

My recycle bin always showing something in it, even after i empty it. Every time i empty it the first thing that comes up is error message = cannot delete ante[1], cannot find the specified file. I have no idea how to get rid of it or what it is.

Cam someone help?

You won't be able to delete a file from the Rec. Bin when the file is being used by another program. So make sure that there are no programs using that file or close all programs and then try to delete it.
