Serial99.com appears at top of every IE window

I have IE7 and run Windows Vista Home Basic, SP1. Like many others, I was infected by "Serial99", which gave all sorts of grief. I have now got rid of it completely, EXCEPT that whenever I open an IE window, at the very top, above the URL "box", the IE logo at the top left corner is followed by the name of the web page to which the URL refers (as is normal), and then " - Serial99.com" For example, as my home page is Google, above the box containing the Google URL, instead of the IE logo followed by the word "Google", I get the IE logo followed by "Google - Serial99.com". This only happens with IE, not with other browsers such as Firefox. I can't say it's a major problem, because nothing goes wrong, but I do find it very irritating. Any suggestions for getting rid of the offending extra words? Thanks.
