IE wont load certain pages

Well i have Vista and am running micro trend for my virus and ad-aware to. For some reason internet explorer wont open certain pages for example a login page for my school as well as when i go onto craiglist i can look up every city but mine. They used to work before. I tried reseting internet explorer and it didnt fix it i tried downloading and using firefox still had the same results. I have tried playing around with my virus software and still nothing. It is very frustrating

can someone please help.

Oh also when i downloaded the internet explorer 8 it worked for a little i was able to go to a site that wouldnt work but when i got on later i couldnt view them anymore

I also get this when i try to diagnose the sites which i know is wrong because they will load up fine on other computers

I have tried to ping these websites and they are successfull at doing it for some reason IE wont load the sites can anyone help??

Well i went ahead and reformatted my hard drive problem fixed so THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP ill be sure to use this site again pssshhh yeah right
