How to download a file with Internet Explorer without storing it first to the cache?
When I download a file with Internet Explorer, it is first downloaded to the cache and then copied to the destination folder, whereas with Firefox it is directly downloaded to the destination folder.
In Internet Explorer this presents a problem when downloading very large files and at the same time not having lot of free space available, because you need at least twice as much free space.
