Odd error in IE 7
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.6000.16705, faulting module jscript.dll, version 5.7.0.18066, fault address 0x00020c1f is the error in the Event Log under Apps.
User is using IE 7.0 New XP HOME install, patched. Running NAV and some bs ATT program. Was writing a lengthy email in Gmail and the browser gave him an error like the one above and then gave him options to close. Could not duplicate but it has happened a few tiimes. Thanks folks. Re: Odd error in IE 7
this is caused by faulty extensions. try uninstalling addons and/or toolbars like google toolbar or hp's web printing utility. test first by running ie in standalone mode using start run
iexplore.exe -extoff |
