Cannot access IE7 Tools Menu
Recently I have been unable to access the Tools drop-down menu for IE7. When I click on it, it just flashes briefly and then disappears. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem - also internet options is missing from control panel. Nothing has fixed the issue so far - tried hijacthis, spybot, adaware and refreshed inetcpl.cpl and inetcplc.dll from a working machine. No joy.
