Make IE7 ask (instead of open) .zip and other downloads

How do I make IE7 ask (instead of open) .zip and other downloads?

I modified the setting to have it open automatically, by accident, and it wasn't my fault. I clicked to save a .zip file to my computer, and clicked to not ask what to do to .zip files again, assuming it would always save .zip files to my computer. But, it didn't. It now defaults to opening them.

To be sure this wasn't a mistake in my memory, I did the same thing with another file format, and it defaults to opening the file instead of saving it.

How do I make IE ask what do to with my files, again?

I have tried Internet Options, Advanced tab, Reset Internet Explorer settings, Reset..., and it did not work.
