How do I fix this problem and what is it?
c:\docume~1\admin~1\locals~1\temp\werf9d1.dir00\iexplore.exe It comes up all the time whether or not I am on internet Thanks

try deleting the files in your temporary internet folder and windows temporary folder If not sure where they are, do it through windows clean up, start- all programs - accessories - system tools.
