"Internet Explorer encountered a problem and needs to close"

How do I fix this problem and what is it?
c:\docume~1\admin~1\locals~1\temp\werf9d1.dir00\iexplore.exe

It comes up all the time whether or not I am on internet

try deleting the files in your temporary internet folder and windows temporary folder If not sure where they are, do it through windows clean up, start- all programs - accessories - system tools.

Use Firefox. It doesn't quit responding much. plus, firefox 3 takes up less system resources then IE so your computer will run faster ;)
