IE 7 - Can't Access Tools
I have XP running on my laptop with IE7. I can not access options either from right clicking on the IE desktop option, with IE itself open or from control panel. My favorites pull down has disappeared as well but the links are still in the c drive in the documents and settings folder though. I tried to reinstall IE7 but it would not let me. Whats going on?
