Evil Disassemble pop ups

I have a website that I go to in order to get info. It says disenable pop ups. I do this so that I can get a pop up with the info I need. However, at the bottom of the page it says a pop up was blocked. I have tried, everything, I think to get the pop up on the particular website. I've added the website to allow pop ups and still nothing. I've turned off my firewall, anti-virus. Still I can't get the pop up to show on a particular site. Any suggestions. It's beginning to drive me crazy.

Re: Disassemble pop ups

Well have you tried to figure out what pop-up blocking program was blocking the pop-ups on that particular website? You say that it tells you that a pop-up was blocked "at the bottom of the page" - did you click on that message and try to disable it? I believe the word is disable, not disenable.
