This may be a common problem. Whenever I try to access certain websites it always comes up with the messege in the address bar: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm. I might add that it doesn't happen with only one site, it happens with several pages.
I use XP SP2 with IE7. I have also tried to view the same pages in Firefox3 and with Firefox it redirects to a blank page. Sometimes this will occur if I type in something specific like 'tenacious d'. However there doesn't seem to be a connection between the things I type in or view.
