"Explorer.exe has experienced... must close"

Used to do this when I had zoo tycoon(my partner's game) in the cd drive and I would go into My Computer.. I thought thats what it was again, but apparently its not. Also, when I click "send" or "dont send" dr watson postmortem debugger(drwtsn32.exe) or whatever stops responding and I have to ctrl alt delete to end the process to open explorer again..

I dont know exactly whats causing it, as sometimes it will randomly do it when im not browsing in folders, though the majority of the time it is when I am in a folder.. or when i was recently.

I have run hijackthis, spybot s&d, nod32, and tuneup.

Multiple eventvwr logs, they all look like this:

(fault address is always different)
Code:
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.5512, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x02fafac4.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
Code:
Faulting application drwtsn32.exe, version 5.1.2600.0, faulting module dbghelp.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, fault address 0x0001295d.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
Happens about 3 times a day or more. Any ideas?
