go to tools>> internet options>> security tab>> set your security level to low >> then click on trusted sites>> click on sites >> then type and add the websites you are having problem with in the " add this website to the zone" field>> click on close>> then click on restricted sites icon>> click on sites and make sure there is no sites listed there>> click on close then ok>> now try to browse..

i hav a smililar problem but i hav a question ! coz u know when i go to chek whether the site which isnt being opened by IE is in the RESTRICTED sites or not ,the only thing i see is IP adresses of many sites !! so how am i supposes to know what IP adress should i remove from that list?
