Hello Eveybody
![]() I messed up Internet explorer. on one of my colputer (Using Windows XP) How , I do not know ![]() I cleaned my system, to try to get the system working faster and if the whole computer speed improved , when I tried to go to Internet , I get the following messages: 1°: Search Setting installer Search setting will now close all instance of Internet explorer before continuing. Click continue to proceed. Then 2°: Search Setting 1.1 The feature you are tying to use is in a network resource which is unavailable. Click OK totry again or enter an alternate path containing the installation package "Searchsetting.msi" in the boxbelow. Not knowing what to do I clicked OK and got: 3°: Search Setting 1.1 Error 1706: No valid source could be found for product Search Setting 1.1 The windows installer cannot continue. To add to this problem, when I try to restore to a previous date, it does not work whatever the date is: "Cannot be restored" is what I obtain.... ![]() ![]() Thank you for any help Reece (Silly French guy) about myself
