Re: Administrator Acct not accessible
Hello MJ Strauss, Welcome to TSF!
![]() Try powering up the computer from a 'Cold Start', while continually tapping the F8 Key. In the "Safe Mode" Menu select the option "Last Known Good Configuration", and follow the on-screen prompts. Post back with the outcome. Kind Regards,

Re: Administrator Acct not accessible [Moved from XP by chauffeur2]
It just says - An error has occurred in the script on this page. Then on the bottom it asks if I want to continue. There is no other information on the error page. I've tried to attach a word doc with a copy of the error message, hopefully I succeeded and it will give you a better idea of my problem. Thank you.
