IE7 Crashes everytime it starts

I've posted this thread before, but got no reply, so I'm trying again. I'm really up a tree here! Can someone please try to assist me.

I’ve got Win XP S/P 2 installed and I’ve now installed IE7. However, it crashes every time just as it starts up and attempts to open a web page.

I’ve tried all of the following:

The following fix:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\UseCoInstall Setting the parameter for “UseCoInstall to “0””, but the sub key “UseCoInstall” does not exist on my machine.

2. I’ve also installed the following hotfix: 308823_ENU_i386_zip
3. I’ve also started Internet Explorer (No add ons) from system tools.
4. I’ve also reset all Internet settings through the start/run command.
5. I’ve also set another web page as the default page through the start/run option.

Nothing helps, it still crashes, so what do I do next?

Thanks.
