Permissions question
Hello. This occured on a Windows Server 2003 running IE 6.
I logged into the server via Remote Desktop and brought up IE. When I attempted to browse to a certain internal web site, I was prompted for my user credentials. I entered my usercode/pwd one time. This did not work (it prompted me again and eventually said "not authorized"). Around this time, my domain account became locked out. Does anybody know if IE would automatically retry x times after prompting for credentials? Any Microsoft articles regarding this topic? I have been searching on-line today and have not seen anything. |
