Certain Web Pages Loading Extremly Slow

Hello I need Help..
I Am running windows xp home service pack 2. When I browse on either Firefox or IE7 certain pages pop up really slow. and actually one of the sites that i used to frequently visit has just recently started to load slow. I am at a lost as to what to do. I have googled yahooed youtubed all possible things. im hoping someboby here can helpl.

Clean TEMP files

Click Here to download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. Save it to your Desktop.

Go to your desktop and double click on ATF-Cleaner.exe.

Main

Under Main. Click Select All, then click Empty

If you use Firefox, click Firefox on the menu bar

Click on Select All, then click Empty
Note: If you want to keep your saved Passwords click No on the prompt.

If you use Opera, click Opera on the menu bar

Click on Select All, then click Empty
