Web Sites Not Complete

I have prolems placing orders, sending contact messages to customer services, asking questions to web site owners, etc. The execution buttons such as submit, register, continue, do not exist on several web sites. I also have problems logging on due to invalid user name and passwords and even the "forgot password" option doesn't work. There is definitely something wrong somewhere. I've run antivirus, malware-spyware scans with no infections detected. I've upgraded to Java 6 and I have run restore back acouple months before I had this problem. With my external hard drive and Firefox, the problem doesn't occur. I am using XP, sp3, and IE 7 and Firefox 2.0. I am afraid to use registry cleaners due to bad pr on them. Any help will be appreciated

Re: Web Sites Not Complete

Thanks but I have reinstalled both IE and FF a couple of times but no help. My only security program is Norton AV and I've tried disabling while accessing web site but that doesn't help either. A system restore didn't help nor did updating Java nor did enabling all add-ons or disabling all add-ons. A new router was installed in the attic about a month ago which is about the same time my problem started. I have no idea if it is related.

Re: Web Sites Not Complete

I' not sure I know how to do that. When I use "save as" the screen doesn't display the same.

Re: Web Sites Not Complete

This is a shot of Sears Parts Direct home page. Ypu will note that the top half containing their banner logo is missing. This is indicative of my problem --on the contact us page their is no submit button to send an e-mail.

Re: Web Sites Not Complete

that is clean

Please disable Norton, see if you can access the websites. Make sure you enable it straight after though.

if that doesnt work try this:

Right click Here and choose Save as or Save target as, save it to your desktop.

Go to your desktop and Right-click on the deldomains.inf file and select 'Install'

  • Click Start
  • Click Run
  • Type or copy and paste, into the text box:
%windir%\ie7\spuninst\spuninst.exe
  • Then Press Enter **
